We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all original tags (if applicable), and securely packaged for return. We recommend returning the item in its original packaging whenever possible. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns sent without first contacting us and receiving return instructions will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged during delivery, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at infogovelnico@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or an incorrect item was sent, GoVelnico will cover the return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Personalized or custom-made products.
Gift cards.
Products that have been used beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
Products returned in a condition that significantly reduces their value due to handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product. Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a justification.
To qualify, the item must be returned in a condition that allows us to verify its nature, characteristics, and functionality. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we aim to inspect it within 3 business days. After the inspection, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process the refund.
